Betina Højmark is head of administration in the public housing organization ALBOA, which manages 80 housing units, totalling 7,200 homes and 12-15,000 residents in Aarhus and Skanderborg municipalities. She sits in the housing organisation's administration in Aarhus, where she oversees the department of 25 employees who handle finance, letting, secretarial, IT and communication.

"A significant part of the administrative burden has been eased. Everything is accumulated in one place, with detailed traceability and clear indication of what, when and by whom, something new has been added or changed. We have access to both an overall overview, data on individual departments and filtered insights down to a very fine level of detail. Yet we don’t have to wait until we have the final statements ready or request the latest version of an excel sheet from an employee. In that way we can continuously hold expenses up against budgeted provisions, and thereby always stay in touch with the ongoing development".
