CLARIFICATION OF NEEDS

In our meeting with you, we will first clarify what your needs consist of – and whether you should have new solutions developed or have your existing ones optimised. Regardless of the choice, our objective is that the solutions increase your efficiency, streamline your processes and are easy to use in the workday.

Outlining of the task

A typical development project starts with the first meeting, in which the task is outlined. Often, the starting point is in the solution you use now. We see to it that the correct questions are asked, so that the solution has a reasonable balance in relation to price and that it contains the dynamics and flexibility which enable you to take care of the daily maintenance yourself. This also applies in relation to which platform the solution should be based upon. Whether it should be Excel alone, or whether Excel should be combined with database technology. 

Offer & requirements specification

Afterwards, we prepare an offer, including an overall requirements specification. When the offer is accepted, we resolve the task in close cooperation with you, often by being physically present with you. Based on experience, this provides the most effective task resolution.

Testing, error correction & implementation

The solution undergoes testing and error correction and is put into operation. As a part of the implementation, we educate the administrators/model owners, and you are responsible for educating end-users, if necessary. You are free to take care of the daily maintenance yourselves, but we, of course, support all of our solutions, via a support agreement if desired.
